By scheduling a service appointment, requesting a quote, or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions designed to ensure a fair and transparent experience for all customers.
Appointments & Scheduling
Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We provide arrival windows and will contact you if delays occur. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Pricing & Estimates
All estimates are provided before work begins. Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered during diagnosis. We will always seek approval before proceeding with extra repairs.
Warranties & Guarantees
Repairs and installations include a workmanship warranty. Equipment warranties are honored per manufacturer terms. Contact us promptly if you experience any issue after service.
Maintenance Plans
Maintenance plan terms, including coverage, pricing, and renewal dates, are outlined in your service agreement. Plans are non-transferable unless approved in writing.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards, checks, and financing options on qualifying installations.
Liability & Property Access
Customers must provide safe access to HVAC equipment. Brion’s AC Repair is not liable for pre-existing conditions, site outages, typographical errors, or events beyond our reasonable control.
