We are a locally owned, community-oriented American Grille located in the heart of Fairfax County, near Fairfax City. Open for lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch seven days a week, we offer inspired New American cuisine featuring the finest seasonal ingredients.

Chef Terry’s cooking approach unites his training with his passion for freshness and simplicity. The menu offers diners an extensive array of traditional dishes with a twist.

Entrees such as the tequila lime fire-roasted chicken, or the grilled shrimp sautéed with portebello mushrooms, zucchini and peppers over creamy risotto, or the flat-iron sirloin steak over mashed potatoes tempt you to try.

You can also choose from a wide variety of delicious dishes or enjoy the lunch buffet which has fresh seafood, chicken and unique crispy salad combinations. Brion’s menus are designed to pair beautifully with your wine selection from our hand-picked wine list. We also offer vegetarian or other food accommodations upon request. Our goal is to make you smile and satisfied.

The bar boasts a wide variety of wine and beer selections, available by the glass or bottle.

Owner Brion Sumser makes sure it’s is a place where great moments are observed. Fundraisers, graduations, team parties, grandparents' 80th birthdays and wedding engagements regularly are celebrated in one of our many rooms available for events.

Brion’s philosophy of being part of community is obvious from the many accolades and pictures on the wall. His goal has always been to have a friendly, local gathering place.

Brion was born and raised in Fairfax and started his restaurant career with the Great American Restaurant Group (owner of Coastal Flats, Sweetwater Tavern, Artie's and other fine dining). His attention to quality and detail is unparalleled, as is his passion for providing a community atmosphere that is friendly and inviting. "We act like every day is our first day in the business," Brion says. "We have discovered that owning a restaurant is never routine."
